Job description:
Receipt of Bidding Documents/ Request for quotation from customers/ Board of Directors/ PKD.
Prepare and finalize the Bid/ Bidding Documents/ Contract to submit to the Director for approval.
Make detailed project implementation plan from the stage of production – transportation – erection – completion – handing over the project to the customer for submission to the Director for approval.
Project management, reporting periodically daily/Weekly/Monthly and responsible for work performance to the Company’s Director.
Coordinate with departments of the company, investor, supervisor, customers, subcontractors and other related 3rd parties to solve work.
Check the quality of construction technical drawings of the engineering design department, ensuring that the drawings put into construction are accurate compared to reality.
Managing, planning construction, giving construction methods and deploying work for the project in accordance with the process and regulations of the Company.
Check and monitor the quality and progress of the project, monitor the project’s costs.
Manage contractors in terms of volume, quality and schedule of performance under the contract.
Check and confirm payment/settlement documents of works.
Processing, applying for permission of dossiers and documents related to the project
Professional requirements:
Graduated from university majoring in construction/architecture
Experience: At least 3 years working in a similar position, having experience in factory projects from beginning to handover.
Certifications: Having a construction and finishing supervision practice certificate is an advantage.
Good use of Autocad, MS office, Project software
